Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Changes include shipping/billing addresses, shipping & payment methods, applying promo codes, removing or adding an item in your order, etc.
Tracking
When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be emailed to you.
Delivery Times
Order processing takes 1-4 business days upon payment approval, excluding weekends and holidays.
All stated shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer and will require a signature upon delivery.
We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
K.SMITH will not be liable for any damaged, defected, lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon third party shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
A refund will be issued within 15 days from K.SMITH receiving it. All returns must be returned unused, uncleaned and in the same condition in which they were delivered with all original labels attached and complete with all parts and accessories, using their original packaging. All sale items are final.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse any returned item/s that does/does not meet our return policies.
K.SMITH does not accept exchanges. Please follow the return process stated above.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.
